Terms and Conditions
Your room reservation includes a hot cooked breakfast for each morning of your stay, free parking for one vehicle per reservation (except Blue Room) in Lower Town Harpers Ferry, and free access to Wi-Fi within the Stonehouse. Check-in time is no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival and guests must vacate the B&B by 11am on the day of departure. Very late check-ins are easily accommodated and should be requested at least one day prior to your arrival. During holiday weekends, preference will be given to three-night reservations. Stonehouse B&B is a smoke-free environment. Only registered guests are allowed on-premises without express permission from proprietor, and breach of such policy may result in recovery of extra payment or termination of your reservation. Children under 12 are permitted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in advance. Pets are not permitted. Please email hfstonehouse@gmail.com for special requests or inquiries.
Cancellation Policy
As a very small business, cancellations affect us greatly. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room, and you agree to all our terms, conditions, and policies. Cancellation is required more than seven days prior to date of arrival to eliminate being charged for one night stay. If you should cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled date of arrival, or do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, you are subject to charges for the entire reservation. Arrival at Stonehouse signifies that you are responsible for your entire reservation and our cancellation policy does not apply to early departures. Your reservation is held for you with the credit card information given at the time of reservation and cancellation charges are subject to a credit processing surcharge.
Payment Policy
Full or outstanding payment is due upon arrival at the B&B. Guests may pay by cash, check, or major credit card, and amount due includes the room rate plus 13% state and local taxes. Credit payments are subject to a credit processing surcharge. We reserve the right to recover payment from you if, after your departure, we find damage, loss, or extra cleaning is required over and above what would reasonably be expected.
